Section 329 IAC 15-2-4.2 - "Electronic format" defined

Sec. 4.2.

"Electronic format" means one (1) or more of the following types of electronic media used for information or documents:

(1) Compact disc or digital video disc.

(2) Electronic mail or electronic mail attachments.

(3) File transfer protocol.

(4) Hypertext transfer protocol.

(5) Other electronic media approved by the department.
