Section 329 IAC 15-2-2.1 - "Altered waste tire" defined

Sec. 2.1.

"Altered waste tire" means a waste tire that is modified by:

(1) shredding;

(2) chopping;

(3) cutting;

(4) drilling with holes;

(5) grinding; or

(6) any other method that changes the physical form of the waste tire.
