Section 329 IAC 15-2-13.5 - "Waste tire transporter" defined

Sec. 13.5.

"Waste tire transporter", as defined in IC 13-11-2-252, means a person that engages in the business of:

(1) accepting waste tires from retailers; and

(2) transporting the waste tires to one (1) or more other locations.
