Section 329 IAC 13-2-6 - "Do-it-yourselfer used oil collection center" defined

Sec. 6.

"Do-it-yourselfer used oil collection center" means any site or facility that accepts, aggregates, or stores used oil collected only from household do-it-yourselfers.
