Section 329 IAC 13-2-21 - "Used oil burner" defined

Sec. 21.

"Used oil burner" means a facility where used oil not meeting the specification requirements in 329 IAC 13-3-2 is burned for energy recovery in devices identified in 329 IAC 13-8-2(a).
