Section 329 IAC 11.7-2-3 - "Closure" defined

Sec. 3.

"Closure" means the activities to be completed at the registered facility at the end of solid waste acceptance, including the following:

(1) Removal, proper processing, or disposal of all solid waste at the registered facility.
(2) Notification to the commissioner.
