Section 329 IAC 11.6-2-3 - "Contingency action plan" defined

Sec. 3.

"Contingency action plan" means a document setting out a plan for emergency response in the event of an emergency that causes the release of contaminants into the environment or any event that causes the registered facility to cease processing.
