Section 329 IAC 11.6-2-20 - "Storage" defined

Sec. 20.

"Storage" means the retention, containment, or accumulation of mobile homes, structures, or parts for salvaging, recovery, recycling, or processing on a temporary basis in such a manner that it does not:

(1) threaten or potentially threaten human health; or

(2) impact or potentially impact the environment.

The term does not include speculative accumulation.
