Section 329 IAC 11.5-2-5 - "Biomass gasification facility" defined

Sec. 5.

"Biomass gasification facility" means a facility that incorporates equipment to carry out a thermochemical process that, with little or no oxygen present, converts biomass into a synthesis gas.
