Section 329 IAC 11.5-2-12 - "Household hazardous waste" defined

Sec. 12.

"Household hazardous waste" means hazardous waste:

(1) generated by a household; and

(2) exempt from the requirements of the hazardous waste rules at 329 IAC 3.1.
