Section 329 IAC 11-2-47.5 - "Unauthorized solid waste" defined

Sec. 47.5.

"Unauthorized solid waste" means solid waste that is prohibited from disposal in a solid waste land disposal facility by:

(1) permit conditions;

(2) Indiana statutes or rules; or

(3) federal acts or regulations.
