Section 329 IAC 11-2-46 - "Surface water" defined

Sec. 46.

"Surface water" means water present on the surface of the earth, including:

(1) streams;

(2) lakes;

(3) ponds;

(4) rivers;

(5) swamps;

(6) marshes; or

(7) rainwater present on the earth.
