Section 329 IAC 11-2-4 - "Base flood" defined

Sec. 4.

"Base flood" means a flood:

(1) that has a one percent (1%) or greater chance of recurring in any year; or

(2) of a magnitude equaled or exceeded, on the average, once in one hundred (100) years.
