Section 329 IAC 11-2-33.5 - "Responsible corporate officer" defined

Sec. 33.5.

"Responsible corporate officer" means:

(1) a president;

(2) secretary;

(3) treasurer; or

(4) any vice president;

of the corporation or corporate division in charge of a principal business function that includes the activity to be permitted.
