Section 329 IAC 11-2-12 - "Generator" or "generating facility" defined

Sec. 12.

"Generator" or "generating facility" means any person or site, at, on, or by which one (1) or more solid wastes are generated, such as a large manufacturing plant that may have more than one (1) source of solid waste at the plant location. The term does not include hazardous waste generator as regulated by 329 IAC 3.1.
