Section 329 IAC 10-8.2-6 - Waste pesticides or wastes contaminated with pesticides

Sec. 6.

Waste pesticides or wastes contaminated with pesticides must be disposed of in accordance with:

(1) The label required by 40 CFR 156.10(a) *.

(2) IC 15-16-4-68.
