Sec. 2.
(a) The owner, operator, or permittee of a closed solid waste land disposal facility must continue to monitor and provide maintenance to the solid waste land disposal facility in accordance with the rules under which the permit was granted to the solid waste land disposal facility and in force at the time the solid waste land disposal facility was closed, and in accordance with the facility permit.(b) The owner, operator, or permittee of a closed solid waste land disposal facility, or the owner of real estate upon which a closed solid waste land disposal facility is located, shall be responsible for correcting and controlling any nuisance conditions occurring at the solid waste land disposal facility.Solid Waste Management Board; 329 IAC 10-6-2; filed Mar 14, 1996, 5:00 p.m.: 19 IR 1798; filed Aug 2, 1999, 11:50 a.m.: 22 IR 3778
