Section 329 IAC 10-39-6 - Release of financial responsibility obligations

Sec. 6.

As part of the acknowledgement of final closure and post-closure, the commissioner shall notify the permittee that the permittee is no longer required to maintain financial responsibility for closure and post-closure care once the requirements for closure and post-closure have been fulfilled.
