Section 329 IAC 10-36-9 - Open burning

Sec. 9.

Open burning of solid waste is prohibited at a restricted waste site Type III and a construction/demolition site. Burning of solid waste must occur only in an incinerator permitted under 329 IAC 11 and operating in compliance with all applicable air pollution control requirements.
