Section 329 IAC 10-28-9 - Open burning

Sec. 9.

Open burning of solid waste is prohibited at restricted waste sites Type I and Type II and nonmunicipal solid waste landfills. Burning of solid waste must take place only in an incinerator permitted under 329 IAC 11 and operating in compliance with all applicable air pollution control requirements.
