Sec. 6.
(a) Salvaging on-site at a restricted waste site Type I or Type II or nonmunicipal solid waste landfill must be done only under the supervision of the owner or operator and must not interfere with the facility operations.(b) Salvaged materials must be stored in buildings or transportable containers while awaiting removal from the facility. Alternative methods of storing salvaged materials must have prior approval from the commissioner.
