Sec. 4.
(a) Cattle, hogs, poultry, or other livestock are prohibited from any filled area that has not received final cover and vegetation.(b) Vectors, dust, and odors must be controlled by effective means so that they do not constitute or contribute to a nuisance or a health hazard.(c) Windblown materials and litter must be collected and buried daily. Windblown materials must be controlled by effective means so that they do not constitute or contribute to a nuisance.(d) Disposal of dead animals must be accomplished in accordance with IC 15-17-11.(e) Containers that have been placed outside the facility entrance for the disposal of solid waste after hours must be emptied at a frequency that will minimize odors and control vectors, but in no event, less than once in every twenty-four (24) hours.
