Sec. 1.
(a) Restricted waste sites Type I and Type II and nonmunicipal solid waste landfills must be accessible by means of established roadways only.(b) Solid waste must be deposited at the solid waste land disposal facility only when operating personnel are on duty. Containers may be placed outside the facility entrance so that solid waste may be deposited after hours.
