Section 329 IAC 10-23-5 - Responsibility after post-closure to correct nuisance

Sec. 5.

Subsequent to the completion of post-closure, the owner, operator, or permittee of a closed MSWLF or the owner of real estate upon which a closed MSWLF is located, shall be responsible for correcting and controlling any nuisance conditions occurring at the MSWLF.
