Sec. 78.
"Generator" or "generating facility" means any person or location, at, on, or by which one (1) or more solid wastes are generated, such as a manufacturing plant that may generate more than one (1) source of solid waste at the plant location. The term does not include a hazardous waste generator as regulated by 329 IAC 3.1.
