Section 329 IAC 10-2-48 - "Cover" defined

Sec. 48.

"Cover" means any soil or other suitable material approved by the commissioner placed over the solid waste in accordance with:

(1) 329 IAC 10-20 and 329 IAC 10-22;

(2) 329 IAC 10-28 and 329 IAC 10-30; or

(3) 329 IAC 10-36 and 329 IAC 10-37.
