Section 329 IAC 10-2-4 - "Active portion" defined

Sec. 4.

"Active portion" means the part of the solid waste land disposal facility that has received or is receiving wastes and that has not been closed in accordance with 329 IAC 10-22, 329 IAC 10-30, 329 IAC 10-37, 329 IAC 1.5, which was repealed in 1989, or 329 IAC 2, which was repealed in 1996.
