Section 329 IAC 10-2-34 - "Composite liner" or "composite bottom liner system" defined

Sec. 34.

"Composite liner" or "composite bottom liner system" means a system consisting of at least two (2) components:

(1) the upper component is a geomembrane liner; and
(2) the lower component is a layer of compacted soil.
