Section 329 IAC 10-2-32 - "Commercial solid waste" defined

Sec. 32.

(a) "Commercial solid waste" means all types of solid waste generated by:

(1) retail outlets;

(2) offices;

(3) restaurants;

(4) warehouses; and

(5) other nonmanufacturing activities.

(b) The term does not include:

(1) household or residential waste;

(2) hazardous waste;

(3) infectious waste;

(4) industrial process wastes; or

(5) pollution control waste.
