Section 329 IAC 10-2-22 - "Base flood" or "one hundred year flood" defined

Sec. 22.

"Base flood" or "one hundred year flood" means a flood that has a one percent (1%) or greater chance of recurring in any year, or a flood of a magnitude equaled or exceeded, on the average, once in one hundred (100) years.
