Section 329 IAC 10-2-207 - "Wetlands" defined

Sec. 207.

"Wetlands" means those areas classified as jurisdictional wetlands or jurisdictional waters of the United States by the United States Army Corps of Engineers under authority from the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1344.
