Sec. 187.5.
"Temporary stabilization" means the covering of soil to ensure the resistance of the soil to erosion, sliding, or other movement. The term includes vegetative cover, anchored mulch, or other nonerosive material applied at a uniform density of seventy percent (70%) across the disturbed area.
