Section 329 IAC 10-2-181.5 - "Storm water pollution prevention plan" or "SWP3" defined

Sec. 181.5.

"Storm water pollution prevention plan" or "SWP3" means a written plan developed to minimize the impact of storm water pollutants resulting from construction and landfill operation activities.
