Section 329 IAC 10-2-157 - "Residue" defined

Sec. 157.

"Residue" means any solid waste remaining after incineration or processing that is not completely combusted or recovered, including any of the following:

(1) Ash.

(2) Ceramics.

(3) Glass.

(4) Metal.

(5) Other inorganic substances or organic substances.
