Section 329 IAC 10-2-153 - "Regulated hazardous waste" defined

Sec. 153.

"Regulated hazardous waste" means a solid waste that is:

(1) a hazardous waste as defined by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq., January 1, 1989) as amended;

(2) not excluded from regulation as a hazardous waste under 329 IAC 3.1; and

(3) not generated in compliance with 329 IAC 3.1-7 by a conditionally exempt very small quantity generator. as defined in 329 IAC 3.1.
