Section 329 IAC 10-2-148 - "Real property boundary" defined

Sec. 148.

"Real property boundary" means the outermost perimeter of the land owned by a person upon which the solid waste land disposal facility is located, as the real property is described in the recorded deed and the current county or counties plats.
