Sec. 147.
"Qualified ground water scientist" means a scientist or engineer who:
(1) has received a baccalaureate or postgraduate degree in the natural sciences or engineering; and(2) is trained and experienced in ground water hydrology and related fields as may be demonstrated by state registration, professional certification, or completion of accredited university programs that enable that individual to make sound, professional judgments regarding ground water monitoring, contaminant fate and transport, and corrective action.Solid Waste Management Board; 329 IAC 10-2-147; filed Mar 14, 1996, 5:00 p.m.: 19 IR 1781
