Section 329 IAC 10-2-130 - "Operator" defined

Sec. 130.

(a) "Operator", except as provided in subsection (b), means the person or persons responsible for the overall operation of a solid waste land disposal facility or part of a solid waste land disposal facility.

(b) In:

(1)329 IAC 10-20-30;

(2)329 IAC 10-28-22 through 329 IAC 10-28-24; and

(3)329 IAC 10-36-17 through 329 IAC 10-36-19;

the term has the meaning as set forth in IC 13-11-2-148(c).
