Section 329 IAC 10-2-114 - "Mulch" defined

Sec. 114.

"Mulch" means a natural or artificial layer of plant residue or other material covering the land surface that conserves moisture, holds soil in place, aids in establishing plant cover, and minimizes soil temperature fluctuations.
