Section 329 IAC 10-2-110 - "Maximum contaminant level" or "MCL" defined

Sec. 110.

"Maximum contaminant level" or "MCL" means the levels developed under Section 1412 of the Safe Drinking Water Act, codified under 40 CFR 141.
