Section 329 IAC 10-16-13 - Closure of existing municipal solid waste landfill units

Sec. 13.

Existing MSWLFs that cannot make the demonstrations specified in sections 1(c), 2(b), 6(f), 7(c), and 8(c) of this rule must close by October 9, 1996, in accordance with 329 IAC 10-22 and conduct post-closure activities in accordance with 329 IAC 10-23.
