Sec. 5.
(a) The commissioner may grant a variance from compliance with this article in accordance with IC 13-14-8.(b) No term, condition, or requirement granted under this section may be less stringent than requirements of 40 CFR 257 * and 40 CFR 258 *.*These documents are incorporated by reference.
