Section 328 IAC 1-1-7.5 - "Off-site" defined

Sec. 7.5.

"Off-site" means property other than the following:

(1) The parcel of real estate that contains the underground storage tank that is the source of the release.

(2) Other parcels owned by a person described in 328 IAC 1-3-1(a).
