Section 327 IAC 8-3.5-12 - Requirements for the public water system

Sec. 12.

(a) The public water system must maintain the information contained on each NOI and all documents submitted with each NOI for all water main construction with a general construction permit.

(b) The public water system must maintain the information contained on the plans and specifications for each corresponding NOI for all water main construction with a general construction permit.
