Section 327 IAC 8-2.1-15 - Notice by the commissioner on behalf of the public water system

Sec. 15.

(a) The commissioner may give the notice required by sections 7 through 14 of this rule, this section, and sections 16 and 17 of this rule on behalf of the owner and operator of the public water system if the commissioner complies with this section.

(b) The owner or operator of the public water system remains responsible for ensuring that this section is met.
