Section 327 IAC 8-12-0.5 - Applicability

Sec. 0.5.

This rule applies to:

(1) a certified operator who works at;

(2) a person endeavoring to become a certified operator at; and

(3) the owner of; a community public water system, nontransient noncommunity public water system, transient noncommunity public water system using surface water or ground water under the direct influence of surface water, or a transient noncommunity public water system that requires complex treatment.
