Section 327 IAC 7.1-4-3 - Updating information

Sec. 3.

If the information provided in the application for the septage management permit changes, the applicant or permittee shall provide the new information to the department no more than fifteen (15) days after the information provided in the application changes. The commissioner may modify the permit based on the new information.
