Section 327 IAC 5-2.2-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

(a) The requirements of this rule and 40 CFR 122.38 * apply to a permittee authorized to discharge a combined sewer overflow to the Great Lakes Basin.

(b) A permittee described under subsection (a) must comply with the requirements of this rule and 40 CFR 122.38 * for both authorized and unauthorized CSO outfalls listed in the permit.

(c) A reference to a provision of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) means the July 1, 2018, edition.
