Section 327 IAC 5-22-2 - Applicability

Sec. 2.

This rule applies to:

(1) a certified operator who works at;

(2) a person endeavoring to become a wastewater treatment apprentice or a certified operator at; and

(3) the owner or governing body of; a wastewater treatment plant.
