Section 327 IAC 5-2-1.6 - Consistency with federal references

Sec. 1.6.

The department shall issue NPDES permits consistent with the following:

(1)40 CFR 122 *, EPA Administered Permit Programs: The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.

(2)40 CFR 123 *, State Program Requirements.

(3)40 CFR 124 *, Procedures for Decisionmaking.

(4)40 CFR 131 *, Water Quality Standards.
